For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for health, wellness and nourishing my body from the inside out. Because I’ve always valued my own health and well-being, I love sharing and empowering others with the tools and knowledge that enable them to take care of their bodies too!
Over the past six years, I have supported, mentored and coached hundreds of individuals—many of whom have struggled with body fat gain, food confidence and enjoyment, breaking unhealthy habits and unrealistic eating patterns. After trying many unsuccessful 'fad diets' and years of restriction, they approached CindaFit in frustration and defeat.
